Blacktown and Districts Hockey Association
Blacktown is a city of 300 000 people. Over the next 20 years its population is expected to grow to 400 000 people. With land becoming increasingly scarce and the competition for funding high KLHC has formed a sub committee; The Blacktown and Districts Hockey Association sub-committee that is working towards the establishment of clubs and facilities across Blacktown so that Blacktown residents will be able to participate in a strong, local hockey competition.
